About

My logistics journey began in air cargo operations at Turkish Airlines and continued through international freight forwarding sales, mainly in ocean and air freight, branch management, integrated business systems and corporate brand management.

Experience at global logistics companies, including DHL Global Forwarding, Kuehne + Nagel and CEVA Logistics, shaped my approach to process discipline and commercial performance.

At KINAY, I initiated a customised ERP workflow proposal, coordinated the development and rollout of KPI-based performance practices, and led the establishment of an Analytics & Reporting function.

I have complemented my field experience with academic study: I completed a master's degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management at Mersin University and hold an Assistant Customs Broker Licence. I care about turning what I have learned in practice into clear resources for students and newcomers to logistics; the Logistics Guide on this site was written for that purpose.

Today, I focus on brand governance and corporate communications across a multi-company logistics environment.

My approach

I believe an organisation develops not only through new ideas, but through turning those ideas into practice, into measurable processes and into ways of working that people inside the organisation genuinely own.

In my work I care about defining the problem correctly, listening to the needs of different functions and developing solutions that users will actually adopt.
